INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Large onions
- 1 Small red bell pepper
- 1 Small yellow bell pepper
- 1 Large eggplant
- 1 Large zucchini
- 250g of mushrooms
- Swet soya sauce
- Noodles
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. First at all, cut the vegetables into small pieces and then fry in a large saucepan.
2. Then, when the vegetables are done add the soya sauce to taste.
3. After that, cook the noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes.
4. Finally, put all the ingredients together and add a little more soya sauce to taste.
