Ingredients:
- 2 yoghurts
- 50 grams of oat flakes
- 30 grams of nuts
- 100 grams of red fruits (to choose)
Procedure:
- Take the oat flakes, it's better if you don't add sugars or fats, and chop the nuts. Put half in glasses.
- Put the yoghurt on top of half in glasses.
- Add the red fruits or fruits to choose on top
