AREPAS COLOMBIANAS
INGREDIENTS :
200 g of bread flour
7 g of salt 2 00 g of water
INSTRUCTIONS :
First of all , in a bowl add flour , salt and water.
We mix it up and let it rest for three minutes .
Then, preheat a frying , pan over low heat. add
half a tablespoon of olive or sunflower oil and
we spread it with a napkin.
After that, we take a handful of dough and
flatten it like a circle and put it in the pan .
Last of all , for those who want , cut the edge of the arepa and put whatever you like inside it you can eat it wthout anything too.
