Hello guys !I am Lucia and I am here to introduce you how to make a grilled sea bass whit vegetables.
Ingredients:
- a sea bass
-onion
-tomatoes
-cauliflower
-broccolis (little ones)
-carrot
-salt (to taste)
Recipe:
Letś start washing our hands making room on the counter or table. Now if we start, we begin by pouring the oil in tho a large tray ,next we put the vegetables in a bowl and spray a little oil on it , so that we don't forget to spray a little oil on the sea bass so won't it be so dry.
Place the sea bass in the middle of the baking tray and add the vegetables to the sides , then you place the baking tray 30 minutes at 170 degres.
And finally once the sea bass is done, you take it out of the oven and place it on a plate, and if you feel like it, put mayonasie.I hope you liked my reciped 😋.
