Madrid Stew BY Antonio



 ingredents:

Water, chickpeas, beff, pork , meked chorizo, chiken fat, carrot, salt, garlic, olive oil, delydrated leek. munutes, and

1- Add water, carrot, olive oil, garlic, delydrated leek and salt in a pot and stis over medium heat for 10 minutes, and them let it rest for 30 minutes over low heat.

2- Now boil the chiakeas in water.

3- After 30 minutes add the chorizo to the now broth.

4- Pour the chickpeas in a one bowl and the chorizo in a another.

5- Then pour the broth into a shallow plate.

6- Finally pour the chorizo and cheackpeas to the plate and ready to eat.

MMMMM, delicious.
