HOMEDADE PIZZA BY ELISA🍕


TO PREPARE THE DOUGH:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200ml of water
  • 500g of flour 
  • a pinch of salt
  • one larege wooden spoon of olive oil                             

PREPARATION:

Put the flour in a bowl and pour the water a little warm, then add the salt and oil. Stir with wooden spoon until the mixture no longer sticks to the spoon. Put it in the fridge for two hours.


TO PREPARE THE TOMATO SAUCE:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g of tomatoes
  • one garlic
  • 1/2 onion 
  • one table spoon of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • a bay leaf
  • a little of oil


PREPARATION:

Cut the garlic, the tomatoes and the onion in to very small pieces. Put everything in a pot with the oil, salt, sugar and bay leaf and let it simmer for forty minutes. After that time, remove the bay leaf and blend with the blender.


TO MAKE THE PIZZA:

INGREDIENTS:
  • one vert pepper
  • one red pepper
  • one can of tuna
  • 200g of grated cheese


PREPARATION:

Cut the peppers in thin slices ans book. Stretch the dough and put the tomato sauce on top and the grated cheese. Open the can of tuna and pour it on top of the cheese. Then spread the peppers all over the pizza. Preheat the oven for seven minutes at 160ºC. After the time, put the pizza inside the oven for twelve minutes. If you want, you can add onion slices and black olives
