TABULE BY ALICIA


 

INGREDIENTS:

- cous cous

- 1 tomato

- ½ onion

- 1 green pepper

- 1 cucumber

- 1 lemon

- Peppermint

- Salt and pepper

- Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First of all, boil the amount of one glass of water in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the amount of one glass of cous cous, and one spoonful of butter, and mix it all up. Add the juice of one lemon and finely chopped mint, after that let it cool in the fridge.

2. Later, chop all the vegetables into small pieces and add to the cous cous when it cools down.

3. Finally, add salt, pepper and oil to taste.
