RICE SALAD BY CLAUDIA

That recipe explain how to prepare a delicious rice salad.

INGREDIENTS that we need are:

 -Rice

-Salt

-Oil

-Corn

-Olives

-Cherry Tomato/Sliced tomato

-Fresh Cheese

-Carrot

-Cucumber

-Avocado

-Boiled eggs

-Apple

These are the main ones. But you can use whatever that you like.


INSTRUCTION:

-First of all, we boil the rice. It will take between 10-15 minutes after the water beggin to boil.

-While the rice is cooking we can prepare the rest of ingredients, for example, peeling and chopping the carrot, cucumber, avocado, boiling the eggs.

-Once everything is ready, we let the rice until it is finish cooking.Then we drain the rice, we put the rice in a bowl and add all the vegetables. (If you want cook the carrot or some other ingredients,you can do it however you want).

-When everything is mixed, add salt to taste and little bit of oil.
