SPAGUETTI BOLOGNESE BY JUAN DIEGO

 

Ingredients:

1/2 tablespoon of salt

2 tablespoons of oíl

500g of pasta

1 packet of tomate sauce (390g)

8 garlic cloves 

300g of meat

5g of oregano

Instructions:

1.First of all,in a pot, cook the pasta with water and half a tablespoon of salt . Boil 12-14 minutes

2.Then meanwhile, heat the oíl in a frying pan and add the meat.

3.Next, season with salt, garlic and oregano. Cook for 10 minutes .

4.Last of all, drain the pasta and mix it carefully with the meat and tomate sauce.
