INGREDIENTS :
(filling)
* 4 cups of
* 1/2 cup of coconut oil
* 2 to 4 tablespoons of honey
(chocolate glaze)
* 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (70%+)
* 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
PREPARATION :
1. Frist of all, mix all the ingredients for the filling . The mixture should be soften.
2. Put the filling, made previously, in a mold and freeze it for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small sauce pan over low heat. (If it is too thick, add a little of coconut oil. If it is too liquid, add more chocolate)
4. As soon as the filling is frozen, cut it into pieces. Dip each piece in the chocolate glaze, then place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
5. After approximately 10 minutes, place the bars in the refrigerator and let it freeze for at least 8 hours.
