HEALTHY COCONUT BARS BY M脫NICA


INGREDIENTS :

(filling)

* 4 cups of 

* 1/2 cup of coconut oil

* 2 to 4 tablespoons  of honey

 (chocolate glaze)

* 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (70%+)

* 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

 

PREPARATION : 

1. Frist of all, mix all the ingredients for the filling . The mixture should be soften.

2. Put the filling, made previously, in a mold and freeze it for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small sauce pan over low heat. (If it is too thick, add a little of coconut oil. If it is too liquid, add more chocolate)

4. As soon as the filling is frozen, cut it into pieces. Dip each piece in the chocolate glaze, then place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

5. After approximately 10 minutes, place the bars in the refrigerator and let it freeze for at least 8 hours.

Caesar Salad By Valeria


 

Presentation:

Hello everyone, my name is Valeria and today i am going to teach you how to make a Caesar Salad.

Ingredients:

- 200 grams of lettuce.

- 40 grams of Parmesan cheese.

- 1/2 chicken breast.

-Salt.

- Black pepper.

- Caesar sauce.

-Bread croutons.

Assembly of the Caesar Salad:

1.Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and grill it, and wait for it to be ready.

2.Afterwards, we wash the lettuce, you can use the one you like the most, but if you want to make the most typical one, use romaine lettuce.

3.Next we dry it and cut it. We put the lettuce on the plate(on top of it the chicken breast)cut the chicken breast into small pieces or strips, and place it on top with some bread croutons and a few pieces of Parmesan cheese,

4.Finally, add a bit of Caesar sauce, mix and grate Parmesan cheese on top.

GAZPACHO ANDALUZ BY LUCIA

 


The gazpacho is a traditional plate of anda lucia and wil teach you how to prepare it.




INGEDIENTS

.1Kg of tomato 

.1 green pepper

.1 cucumber

.2 garlic claves 

.40g of bread 

.200 ml of water

.5 tablespoos of vinegar

.6 tablespoos of olive oil

.8g of salt

GARNISH INGREDIENTS 

. cucumber and tomato


PREPARATION

1.Crihs the garlic claves wich the comis, add the bread and olive oil.

Le macerete for 30 minutes until the bread absorbor all the oil 

2.Peel and chop the tomatos, cucumbers and pepper and mash everything together with the previous maceration.Next pair through a very fine strainer into a jug and add  the vinegar.

3.Chek the point of salt and the water until it is a light cream

4.For the garnish cut into square the green bell pepper and dans tomatos, lightly fry the board cubes

     INGREDIENTS:

  • A natural  yoghurt / lemon.
  • Three eggs.
  • Flour. 
  • Cocoa powder / colacao.
  • Sugar.
  • olive oil.
  •  An envelope of chemical yeast
  • Butter or oil to spread on the mold

     PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven 180潞C, then, mix the liquids in a bowl: You will need three egges, the oil (125g). Mix them. 
  2. Pour the oil our butter in the mold (we spread and remove the excess) and pour the dough, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes and that's it.

 INGREDIENTS

•Lentils

•Garlic

•Carrots

INSTRUCTIONS

• First we put all the ingredients in the pot and cover with water.

•Next stir occasionally.

• Then bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

• Finally add vinagor and server.

                     200 g of bread flour

                          7 g  of  salt                                                                                                                                                                                                           2 00 g  of  water  

                          

   





                   INSTRUCTIONS :

   

                  First   of all , in a bowl   add flour , salt and  water.                 

                     We mix it up and let it rest for three minutes .


                     Then, preheat a frying , pan over low heat. add

              half  a tablespoon of olive or sunflower oil  and

              we  spread  it  with   a napkin.                                                

               After that, we take a  handful of dough and 

                flatten it like a circle and put it  in the pan .                             

                Last  of all ,  for those who want , cut the edge                               of  the arepa  and  put whatever  you like inside it                              you can eat it wthout anything too.

INGREDIENTS

 18 Sheets of precooked lasagna

100g of grated cheese

130g of carrots

180g of mushroom

50g of green pepper

500g of crushed tomato

50g of olive oil

500g of minced meat


PREPARATIONS 


First of all, put the plates in a bowl whit water.

Then, mix the carrots, the onion, the mushrooms, the pepper and a clove of garlic all very chopped together with the crushed tomato and the oil.

After that, cook the skillet for ten minutes at medium high heat.

Add the meat together whit the salt and pepper to taste and cook for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven un to 180潞.

PRESENTATION

In a suitable dish for the oven put a layer of pasta and meat on top and repeat until the plates are complete.

Finally bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is grilled.

INGREDIENTS (for six people)

- Tomato... 1 kg.馃崊

- Loof bread... 200 gr.馃崬

- Extra virgin olive oil... 150 ml.馃嵍

- Garlic cloves... 1.馃崣

- Salt to taste.馃寠

- Strips of ham.馃悥

- Chopped hard boiled egg.馃悾


PREPARATION 馃憣

1. Clean the tomatoes well and cut them into quaters, add them to a large bowl          and blend with the blender until we have a liquid sauce.

2. Add the bread to the previous tomato cream.

3. Add the garlic, salt, oil and mix everything.

4. Let cool and serve with ham and hard boiled egg.

 ingredents:

Water, chickpeas, beff, pork , meked chorizo, chiken fat, carrot, salt, garlic, olive oil, delydrated leek. munutes, and

1- Add water, carrot, olive oil, garlic, delydrated leek and salt in a pot and stis over medium heat for 10 minutes, and them let it rest for 30 minutes over low heat.

2- Now boil the chiakeas in water.

3- After 30 minutes add the chorizo to the now broth.

4- Pour the chickpeas in a one bowl and the chorizo in a another.

5- Then pour the broth into a shallow plate.

6- Finally pour the chorizo and cheackpeas to the plate and ready to eat.

Hello guys !I am Lucia and I am here to introduce you how to make a grilled sea bass whit vegetables. 

Ingredients:
 
- a sea bass
-onion
-tomatoes
-cauliflower
-broccolis (little ones)                                
-carrot
-salt (to taste)
 
 
Recipe:
 
 Let艣 start washing our hands making room on the counter or table. Now if we start, we begin by pouring the oil in tho a large tray ,next we put the vegetables in a bowl and spray a little oil on it , so that we don't forget to spray a little oil on the sea bass so won't it be so dry.
 
Place the sea bass in the middle of the baking tray and add the vegetables to the sides , then you place the baking tray 30 minutes at 170 degres. 

And finally once the sea bass is done, you take it out of the oven and place it on a plate, and if you feel like it, put mayonasie.I hope you liked my reciped 馃構.
 


COLACAO CAKE BY MARIO


 INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups of flour
  • a cup of sugar
  • a cup of colacao
  • a cup of sunflower oil
  • a cup of milk
  • 16 grames of yeast

PREPARATION:

Mix all ingredients.
Add the mixture to the mold.
Cook it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180潞C.

     Ingredients:

  • 2 yoghurts
  • 50 grams of oat flakes
  • 30 grams of nuts
  • 100 grams of red fruits (to choose)

     Procedure: 

  • Take the oat flakes, it's better if you don't add sugars or fats, and chop the nuts. Put half in glasses.
  • Put the yoghurt on top of half in glasses.
  •  Add the red fruits or fruits to choose on top
